
About Our Founder
Jesse Evans founded Alliance Leadership Consulting with the goal of helping to inspire leaders to make a lasting positive impact on those they serve. To that end, Jesse has been committed to helping leader build high performance teams capable of achieving sustained results, even in the most complex environments.
Prior to founding Alliance Leadership, Jesse’s background includes working with non-profits, civic groups, businesses, law enforcement, and politicians including a United States Senator. Jesse Evans is also an experienced homicide and cold case prosecutor, leadership coach, community leader, and public speaker with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement. Driven by the belief that leadership deeply impacts all that we do, Jesse uses his unique platform to highlight leadership skills applicable to all businesses and organizations.
Jesse has helped build and establish highly skilled prosecution and law enforcement units in multiple organizations. Jesse has participated in hundreds of successful homicide and cold case investigations and prosecutions. He frequently presents on topics such as leadership, team building, professionalism, homicide & cold cases, and other legal topics to business and community leaders. Through his work, Jesse frequently discusses true-crime success stories achieved through leadership and the power of collaborative teams. He has been featured on programs such as Dateline, 48 Hours, 20/20, Inside Edition, On the Case with Paula Zahn, and many other true crime-shows and podcasts discussing these successes. Jesse has also worked with leaders, organizations, and teams to help them develop ways to achieve high performance with the goal of helping them make a lasting positive impact on those they serve.
Jesse has been honored for his contributions to his community and has been recognized in both Cobb Life Magazine’s “20 Rising Stars Under 40” as well as “20 in Their 40s.” He is a graduate of Leadership Cobb and a member of Leadership Atlanta. He is recipient of the “Honor Our Heroes” and Safe Path “Dream Team Honorary Hero” awards. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Mercer University and Juris Doctor Degree from Mercer University School of Law. Jesse is a lifelong resident of Cobb County, Georgia, is an avid reader, runner, and enjoys competitive sports.
